In 2016, We Share Solar partnered with Resilience Action, an NGO led by refugees in Kakuma Refugee Camp in Northern Kenya.

Since then, We Share Solar has installed 37 Solar Suitcases in the Camp, bringing light to thousands of students in dozens of classrooms, and drastically improving educational opportunities where electricity is severely limited.
